You choose the building type and size

You select the hall type, its basic dimensions, height and key plot parameters. You can test different variants and see how changes in length, width or height affect function, floor area and spatial logic. The configurator analyzes the available plot, distances to boundaries and basic planning constraints. Based on the entered data, the system proposes a feasible building layout, calculates usable floor area and presents an estimated construction cost. Everything happens in real time — without registration, obligations or formalities. It is a fast way to assess investment potential before the design stage.

**Warehouse and logistics hall**
Function: Storage, distribution and goods flow management.
Description: A facility optimized for logistics operations and efficient use of storage space. Most often located near major transport corridors to ensure easy access for heavy transport and integration with distribution systems. Enables automated racking systems and order picking. Designed to Class A standards with an emphasis on energy efficiency, ergonomics and scalability.
Applications: Distribution centers, wholesale warehouses, e-commerce, last-mile logistics.

**Production and warehouse hall**
Function: Industrial production combined with warehousing in one facility.
Description: A hall designed in a build-to-suit (BTS) model, fully adapted to the technological requirements of a specific production process. Allows clear separation into production, logistics and administrative zones. Takes into account adequate floor load capacity, crane infrastructure, technical installations and integrated office space. Suitable for both light assembly lines and more demanding production.

**Specialized and service hall**
Function: Facilities requiring special conditions or individual layouts.
Description: Individually designed for specific operational needs — such as cold storage, recreational, exhibition or agricultural facilities. Takes into account industry requirements: sanitary, acoustic, temperature-related or certification standards. Modular construction allows scaling and future expansion.

You can entrust us with the entire process, from concept and layout to documentation, coordination and delivery. You can also commission only a selected part of the work — for example the layout, architectural design, technical package or prefabrication support. If you prefer to carry out the investment with your own team, we can prepare the project and provide the documentation needed for execution. The scope is flexible: full-service, partial support or design only — depending on how you want to move forward.
